帽子由一種特殊的酚類(lèi)物質(zhì)(礦物填充)制成，可以承受重復的高壓蒸氣壓的影響。選用白色橡膠襯套/蓋粘結劑，在高壓下保持其粘附性能。這頂帽子從襯里的襯里大約是總重量的一半，除了38 - 430，它有完整的線(xiàn)。該上限是在A(yíng)STM規范E982中確定的，A類(lèi)要求。

Culture Tube Cap, Phenolic with White Rubber Liner
Cap is made of a special phenolic material (mineral filled) to withstand the effects of repeated autoclaving. White rubber liner/cap bond was selected to retain its adhesive properties during autoclaving. This cap is threaded from the liner down approximay to half the total weight, except 38-430 which has full threads. The cap is identified in ASTM Specification E982, Class A requirements.
